Ingredients for Aloo Chaney:
Chickpeas (boiled) 2 cups
Onion (sliced) 1 cups
Tomato puree 2 cups
Yogurt 1 cup
Potatoes (chopped) 2 cups
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Dried Mango powder 1 tsp
Water 1 cup
Green chilies 3-4
Green coriander (chopped) as required

Ingredients for Halwa:
Semolina 1 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Green Cardamom 4-5
Almonds 1/4 cup
Pistachios 1/4 cup
Orange food color 1/4 tsp
Dry fruits (chopped) for garnishing

Ingredients for Puri:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Semolina 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp

Directions for Aloo Chaney Preparation:
1. In a pot heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
2. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, red chili flakes, dried mango powder, chaat masala, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add water and bring it to boil. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
3. Add potatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes. Now add boiled chickpeas and mix well.
4. Add garam masala, yogurt and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium-low flame or until oil appears.
5. Garnish it with green chilies and green coriander and your aloo chanay is ready.
Directions for Halwa Preparation:
6. In a pot heat ghee and add green cardamom, semolina and cook for 4-5 minutes on low medium flame.
7. Add sugar and cook until fully dissolved. Now add water and cook for 5-6 minutes.
8. Garnish with raisins, almonds, pistachios and your halwa is ready.
Directions for Puri Preparation:
9. In a bowl add flour, semolina, salt, ghee, and knead a soft smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
10. Now make 8 small dough balls, roll them down into a flat circle and deep fry and press it into oil untilpuffed and fully cooked.
11. Your Puri is ready, serve it with Aloo chanay and halwa and enjoy.

Cooking time: 35-40 mins
