In a pot heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.2. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, red chili flakes, dried mango powder, chaat masala, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add water and bring it to boil. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.3. Add potatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes. Now add boiled chickpeas and mix well.4. Add garam masala, yogurt and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium-low flame or until oil appears.5. Garnish it with green chilies and green coriander and your aloo chanay is ready.Directions for Halwa Preparation:6. In a pot heat ghee and add green cardamom, semolina and cook for 4-5 minutes on low medium flame. 7. Add sugar and cook until fully dissolved. Now add water and cook for 5-6 minutes.8. Garnish with raisins, almonds, pistachios and your halwa is ready.Directions for Puri Preparation:9. In a bowl add flour, semolina, salt, ghee, and knead a soft smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.10. Now make 8 small dough balls, roll them down into a flat circle and deep fry and press it into oil untilpuffed and fully cooked. 11.
