Just follow the steps in this recipe to make this delectable traditional delicacy. #FoodFusion #OlpersTarrka #Olpers #happycookingtoyou Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3EeZpo9Recipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Sheera (Sugar Syrup):-Water 1 Cup-Sugar 2 Cups-Glucose syrup 1 & tbs (Substitute: Lemon juice 1 tbs)Prepare Balushahi:-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1/3 Cup -Dahi (Yogurt) Cup-Water Cup-Baking soda tsp-Baking powder tsp-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee for frying -Pista (Pistachios) sliced -Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf) Directions:Prepare Sheera (Sugar Syrup):-In a wok,add water,sugar & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until one string consistency (5-6 minutes).-Add glucose syrup,mix well & set aside.Prepare Balushahi:-In a saucepan,add ghee & let it melt on low flame & set aside. -In a bowl,add yogurt,water,baking soda,baking powder,melted ghee & mix well.-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.-Cut the dough with the help of the cutter. -Take a small dough (42g),make a ball & make an indent or depression in them with the help of you thumb (makes 17-18).-In a wok,add ghee & let it melt.-Add dough balls & fry on low flame until golden & crispy (25-30 minutes) & turn sides in between.-After frying,let them rest for 5 minutes.-In warm sugar syruy,add balushahi & let them soak for 30 minutes.-Garnish with pistachios,edible silver leaf & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Prepare Sheera (Sugar Syrup):-Water 1 Cup-Sugar 2 Cups-Glucose syrup 1 & tbs (Substitute: Lemon juice 1 tbs)Prepare Balushahi:-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1/3 Cup -Dahi (Yogurt) Cup-Water Cup-Baking soda tsp-Baking powder tsp-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee for frying -Pista (Pistachios) sliced -Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf) Directions:Prepare Sheera (Sugar Syrup):-Karahi mein pani aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur ubal anay ka bad one consistency anay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes).-Glucose syrup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.Prepare Balushahi:-Saucepan mein ghee dal ker halki ancch per melt ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein dahi,pani,,baking soda,baking powder aur melted ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein.-Dough ko cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.-Chota dough (42g) la ker ball bana lein aur thumb ki madad sa center mein indent or depression bana lein (makes 17-18).-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Dough balls dal dein aur halki ancch per golden & crispy (25-30 minutes) ho janay tak fry ker lein aur bech bech mein sides ko turn ker lein.-Frying ka bad 5 minutes kliya rest dein.-Warm sheeray mein balushahi dal dein aur 30 minutes soak hunay kliya chor dein.-Pista aur chanqi warq sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
