Hara Bhara Kebab is Spinach and Peas patties, a very healthy food and a great snack with Potato and Paneer too can be added to make it even more tasty.

The crispy hara bhara kabab is a vegetarian kabab is full of aromatic spices, made from spinach, green peas and potatoes it is nutritious snack, great with any chutney or sauce.

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 100g
Boiled green peas 35g
Blanched spinach (palak) 250g
Mint 1 bunch
Chopped coriander (dhania) 1 bunch
Green chillies chopped 3no.
Ginger (adrak) chopped 2no.
Chaat masala 2 tsp
Roasted chana dal flour 3tbsp
Oil deep frying 20ml
Salt to taste
Paneer 100g
Garam masala 1tsp
Lemon(Juice) 1tbsp
Onion chopped 1no.
Whole garam Masala 1tbsp

Method
Peel and grate boiled potatoes.
Mash boiled green peas.
Squeeze out excess water of Blanched spinach and finely chopped.
Take a pan add oil, garam masala, cloves, cinnamon, shahi jeera, red chilli, chopped coriander, and chana dal, after some time add Chopped ginger garlic, and green chillies,
Then add chopped onion, steam part of mint and coriander leaves.
Add green peas, mint, coriander, boiled spinach, and some grated paneer, boiled potatoes, and add salt as per taste, mix it well.
Take a mixing bowl add bread crumbs,Chat masala, roasted chana dal.
Rest of the seasoning and it required use the blender to combine the ingredients.
Divide the mixture into equal portions. shape them into a ball and then press it in between your palms to flatten it. These are now called tikkis. Dust it with a little roasted chana dal , chat masala, and mix it and make into equal portion
Heat oil in a pan add the tikkis and shallow fry them.
Serve hot with pickle or yoghurt chutney.
