HARA BHARA THEPLAIngredients12-15 fresh spinach leaves1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves½ cup fresh green peas puree1½ cups whole wheat flour (atta) + for dusting½ tbsp ginger-green chilli pasteSalt to taste¼ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)2 tsps white sesame seeds3 tbsps gram flour (besan) 1 tsp oil + for drizzlingChunda to serveMethod1. Thinly shred spinach leaves and finely chop fenugreek leaves and transfer them into a parat. Add ginger-green chilli paste, salt, carom seeds, white sesame seeds, whole wheat flour and gram flour and mix well.2. Add green peas puree and mix well, knead to a soft dough. Add oil and knead again. Cover the dough and set aside for 10-15 minutes.3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into balls and slightly flatten them. Dust the worktop and roll out each portion into a thin disc. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa, place rolled out disc and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Drizzle with oil and cook for a few seconds on both sides.5.
