Hara Bhara Seekh KababRecipe in Eglish
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Green Peas (Boiled & Dried)
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1/4 cup Coriander
2 tbsp Cashew nut powder
2 tbsp Rice powder
2 tbsp Gram flour
Salt to taste
2-3 Green chilies
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Waster as required
1 tsp White pepper
1/4 tsp Black pepper
Oil as required
Direction:
- Boil the peas and let them dry. Then chop the peas in a chopper.
- In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste and green chilies, saute for a minute.
- Add onion and cook for a minute.
- Add peas paste and cook for 2 minutes. Let it cook now.
- In a bowl add peas mixture, cashew nuts powder, rice powder, gram flour, white pepper, black pepper and coriander. Mix it well.
- Shape a kebab and roll it in bread crumbs. You can freeze kebab in a bag for 2-3 months.
- Shallow fry on a medium heat until brown.
- Serve with chutney or ketchup.

Cooking time: 1 hour
