Try this different version of omelette with fresh spring onions!HARA PYAAZ OMELETTE WRAPIngredients4 spring onions, chopped8 boiled eggs8 eggs8 tsps oil1 tsp roasted cumin seeds5-6 green chillies, chopped1 tsp + a generous pinch of Tata Sampann Turmeric PowderSalt to taste2 pinches of red chilli powder1 tsp garam masala powder1 medium onion, chopped1 medium tomato, chopped4-5 tbsps chopped fresh corianderTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Heat 4 tsps oil in a shallow nonstick pan. Add roasted cumin seeds, half the green chillies, spring onions and sauté for a minute.2. Add boiled eggs and toss well. Add 1 tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, salt, a pinch of red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and set aside.3. Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt, remaining Tata Sampann Turmeric powder, remaining red chilli powder, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, remaining green chillies and coriander and beat well.4. To make one wrap, heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick tawa. Spread a portion of the raw egg mixture evenly and cook for a minute. Place a generous portion of boiled egg mixture in the centre and fold the omelette to form a roll.5.
