Potatoes & bhavnagri chillies cooked together makes this super easy & yummy sabzi.HARE MASALEWALE MIRCH ALOOIngredients1 cup coriander leaves½ cup fresh mint leaves3 medium potatoes, peeled2 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds½ tsp onion seeds2 medium onions, chopped2 tsps fennel seedsA pinch of asafoetida1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste¼ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste1 tsp coriander powder10-12 Bhavnagari chillies, slit without cutting through½ tsp Tata Sampann Garam MasalaMethod1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add cumin seeds and onion seeds. Once cumin seeds start to change the colour, add onions and salt and mix well. Sauté till onions are translucent.2. Slice the potatoes thickly.3. Add fennel seeds , asafoetida and ginger-garlic paste to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.4. Add ¼ cup water, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and mix well.5. Add potatoes and mix well. Add ½ cup water, cover and cook for 5 minutes.6. Add Bhavnagri chillies and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.7. Transfer coriander and mint in a blender jar. Add ¼ cup water and grind to fine paste.8. Add the paste to potatoes. Add 2-3 tbsps water, Tata Sampann Garam Masala and mix well. Cover and cook for 1 minutes.9.
