Preparation Time: 5 minutesCooking Time: 2 minutesMakes 2 servings Ingredients1 1/2 cups boiled fresh green peas1 tbsp oil1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)1/4 tsp dried ginger (soonth) powder1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)1 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies1/4 tsp chaat masala1/2 tsp chilli powdersalt to tasteFor The Topping1/4 cup whisked fresh curds (dahi)2 tbsp meethi chutney1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder1/4 tsp chilli powdersalt to taste1/4 cup potato sticks (wafer)Method 1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the asafoetida and green peas and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.2. Add the black salt, dry ginger powder, dry mango powder, coriander, green chillies and chaat masala and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.3. Add the chilli powder and salt, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.4. Remove from the flame and the mixture to a bowl.5. Spread the curds and meethi chutney and sprinkle the coriander, tomatoes, cumin seeds powder, chilli powder and salt over it.6. Sprinkle a few potato sticks and serve immediately.
