Harissa by Ruchira Hoon-Philip | India Food Network

Harissa is a North African dip made with chillies and is very spicy to combat the heat. It can be used as chutney and marinade. Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
1 tsp of cumin powder
½ tsp of paprika
½ tsp of coriander powder
Salt as per taste
4 tbsp of olive oil/ vegetable oil
1 garlic clove
Juice of half a lemon
2-3 soaked red chillies
Chilli stock
