Coriander Seeds1 tsp. Fennel Seeds1 tsp. Cumin Powder½ cup Olive Oil½ tsp. Salt1 whole Chicken cut into 8 piecesSalt, as required2 tbsp. Lemon juice3 tbsp. Harissa paste1 tsp. Olive oil or vegetable oil for fryingMint leaves for garnishMethod:-- Grind the soaked red chillies in a mixer/grinder to a coarse paste by adding lightly roasted coriander seeds and fennel seeds followed by cumin seed powder and garlic.- Add olive oil, salt and make smooth paste. Transfer to a clean paste.- In a bowl mix 2 tbsp.
