Oyster leaf is one of the most unique leaves we grow here at The Chef's Garden. Shaped like a little lambs ear, its just as soft and velvety. Pale green, succulent and watery with salty, oceanic flavor. A little bit mushroom, a little bit mineral, a ton of potential.
