Haryali sprouts Pav bhaji
Special Mumbai Street style Haryali Sprouts Pav Bhaji made with Nutralite DoodhShakti Probiotic Butter Spread, which is tasty and will support your immunity

Preparation time - 15 mins

Serving - 4 pax

Ingredients Quantity

Green tomatoes 6-7 nos
Green chillies 2 nos
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp +3 tbsp + for garnish
Oil 2 tbsp
Nutrilite butter 2 tbsp + ½ slab + 2 tbsp + for garnish
Onion chopped 1 nos + for accompaniment
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Capsicum chopped 1 nos
Cabbage grated ½ cup
Green peas ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Pav bhaji masala 4 tsp + ½ tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp + a pinch
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Mixed sprouts ¼ cup + for garnish
Boiled potato 3 nos
Water as required
Lemon ½ nos + for accompaniment
Pav 4 nos
Spinach paste ¼ cup

Method :

1. In a blender , take green tomatoes , green chilli , coriander leaves , water and make a fine puree and keep it aside .
2. Heat a kadhai , add oil , nutrilite probiotic butter , chopped onion and sauté it for 1 minute until its translucent .
3. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté it well for 2 minutes .
4. Now add capsicum , cabbage , green peas, salt mix and sauté it well for 8-10 mins .
5. Simultaneously using masher , mash the sautéed veggies .
6. Now add the blended puree , mash simultanosely and cook it for 7-8 mins.
7. Now add pav bhaji masala , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , mix it well .
8. Now add mixed sprouts , stir it well , cover with a lid and cook for 6-8 mins .
9. Now add potato and mash it using masher , add water , mix it well.
10. Now add nutrilite probiotic butter mix it well .
11. Meanwhile cut lemon into wedges for accompaniment , and half lemon for bhaji .
12. Now take pav and give a cut from middle , keep it aside .
13. Now add spinach paste ,coriander leaves mix it well .
14. Add half lemon juice , give a stir , keep it aside .
15. Now heat a tawa , add nutrilite probiotic butter , pav bhaji masala , red chilli powder , place the pav into it , and allow it to get toasted .
16. Meanwhile take serving plate , add chopped onions , lemon wedges into the accompaniment bowl .
17. Now transfer the bhaji into the serving bowl , place the toasted pav along with it .
18. Now add a dollop of nutrilite probiotic butter , coriander sprig , mixed sprouts .
19. Serve hot .
