Try this authentic recipe at home and do let us know your feedback through your comments.INGREDIENTS1 packet baby potatoes peeled2 cups of long grain rice3 tbsp ghee1” cinnamon4 cloves2 bay leavesSalt to tasteFOR THE CHUTNEY GRIND1 cup coriander leaves½ cup mint leaves1 tsp ginger and garlic paste each4 green chillies1 tbsp dry pomegranate seeds1 tsp fennel seedsMETHOD: - Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes - Take the potatoes and apply half the chutney and pick it with a fork - Take a vessel and heat the ghee. Add the bay leaves, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and fry for a few seconds - Add the rice and sauté for 5 minutes.
