Hassle Free Claypot Chicken Rice

Made a pot of "claypot rice" with soya sauce chicken, hard-boiled egg, mushroom, broccoli, Chinese sausage and salted fish. Everything is done within the pot from pan-frying the salted fish, veggie, chicken and rice.
