Have you ever seen this Thai Street Food?

This street food is very popular.
The queue is always very long! And it cost only 20 Baht(less than $1) for 7 skews (back then, not sure if its still this price)
Its called Jab-Lak or some areas might call Tod Mun Yang
If you used to tried fish cakes, this is the grilled version of it.
Very aromatic on charcoal, oh Iove it.

In Suratthani province, southern Thailand where I was born and grew up, the curry they use are likely more spicy and stronger tastes from more herbs and spices we add.
Which is typical for southern Thailand, we tend to eat more spicy than the other parts

This market is called San-Jao market (Talad San Jao ) located in Suratthani Town.
Which is a small road walk with FULL OF STREET FOOD on both sides.
And you can fully enjoy the shop hopping because therere soooo many good food to eat.
Starts from Pad Thai that youll never have it that good anywhere else, Kanom Jeen, noodles, Satay, fresh juice, and a lot more to try.

I used to go there VERY often after school back then and still keep going back these days whenever I go back to Suratthani.

Now that I havent been back to Thailand for more than 2 years already, I miss Thailand street food so much (and of course, my parents more).

When I have a chance to go back, I will show you good local spots for good food.
Hidden gems and new places I believe not many people or none have shown you before.
So when you have a chance, you can go try them.
