Full recipeServes 4 Hands-on time: 10 minutes Hands-off time: 1 hour INGREDIENTS 2 SPAR Freshline Avocados 1 slab (100g) dark chocolate, melted and slightly cooled cup (25g) cocoa powder cup honey tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra for garnish Serving suggestion: Chocolate curls METHOD 1. Slice and carefully remove the pip and peel from the SPAR Freshline Avocados. *Chefs Tip: Avocados make the mousse rich & creamy!! 2. In a food processor, blend the avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, honey and cinnamon. Using a spatula, scrape down the sides and blend until fully incorporated and smooth*Chefs Tip: No food processor? No problem. Whisk until smooth with an electric beater! 3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a round nozzle. Neatly pipe the chocolate mousse into 4 dessert glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. *Chefs Tip: Alternatively, use a plastic resealable bag! 4.
