Move over French Fries! Plantain Fries are here!! These baked plantain fries are crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, sweet and so good! They are a healthy alternative to regular fries because they are made with plantains (a superfood in my books) and they are baked. I love enjoying these fries with pepper sauce and some grilled chicken.
