Healthy Chicken Panja Yakhni | Chicken Feet Soup Winter Special Recipe with amazing health benefits for everyone. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi #ChickenSoup #chickenyakhni Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3iFDkXJServes 5-6 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Murghi ke panjay (Chicken feet) 10-12 (cleaned)-Pyaz (Onion) 1 small-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp-Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 1 tsp -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Laung (Cloves) 3-4 -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Water 2 litres -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed Directions:-In a pot,add chicken feet,onion,garlic paste,ginger paste,cinnamon sticks,black cardamom,cloves, black pepper crushed,salt,water,mix well & bring it to boil.-Remove scum,cover & cook on low flame for approx.2 hours then strain clear soup & take out all the feet & discard the remaining residues.-In soup bowls,add chicken feet & yakhni.-Sprinkle black pepper crushed & serve!Cleaning Method #1:-In a bowl,add chicken feets,hot water,cover & soak for 2 minutes then strain & add in ice chilled water for 30 seconds.-Peel of skin,cut tip of fingers & wash thoroughly.Cleaning Method # 2:-Fire roast chicken feet on medium flame until its charred from all sides. -Remove charred skin,cut tips of fingers & wash thoroughly.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Murghi ke panjay (Chicken feet) 10-12 (cleaned)-Pyaz (Onion) 1 small-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp-Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 1 tsp -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Laung (Cloves) 3-4 -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Water 2 litres -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed Directions:-Pot mein murghi ka panjay,pyaz,lehsan paste,adrak paste,darchini,badi elaichi,laung,kali mirch crushed,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.-Scum ko remove ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per approx. 2 hours kliya paka lein phir clear soup ko strain ker lein aur murghi ka panjay alag ker lein aur baqi residues ki discard ker dein.-Soup bowl mein murghi ka panjay aur yakhni dal dein.-Kali mirch crushed dal ker serve karein!Cleaning Method # 1:-Bowl mein murghi ka panjay aur garam pani dal ker dhak dein aur 2 minutes kliya chor dein phir strain ker ka thanday pani mein 30 seconds kliya chor dein.-Skin ko peel ker lein aur finger tips ko cut ker ka pani sa ache tarhan dho lein.Cleaning Method # 2:-Murghi ka panjay ko chulhay per jal janay tak tamam sides sa fire roast ker lein.-Charred skin ko peel ker lein aur finger tips ko cut ker ka pani sa ache tarhan dho lein.
