Cottage Cheese Omelette
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 6
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Palak (Spinach) chopped 8-10 leaves
Option 1: Omelet Roll
-Olive oil
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Chicken boneless cooked & shredded
-Cottage cheese cubes
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Option 2: Baked Omelet
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped
-Chicken boneless cooked & shredded
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Cottage cheese cubes
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Cottage cheese cubes

Directions:
-In jug,add egg whites,milk,cumin seeds,black pepper crushed,red chili crushed,salt,spinach and whisk well.
Option 1: Omelet Roll
-Grease frying pan with olive oil and pour egg mixture and spread it.
-Add tomato,onion,cooked chicken,cottage cheese cubes,fresh coriander and fold it.
-Cook on low flame from all sides until done.
Option 2: Baked Omelet
-In ramekins/small oven safe bowls,add tomato,cooked chicken,onion,cottage cheese cubes,fresh coriander,egg mixture and cottage cheese cubes.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 12-14 minutes.

-Jug mein anday ki safedi,doodh,zeera,kali mirch crushed,lal mirch crushed,namak aur palak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Option 1: Omelet Roll
-Frying pan ko olive oil sa grease karein aur egg mixture dal ker spread ker lein.
-Tamatar,pyaz,cooked chicken,cottage cheese cubes aur hara dhania dal ker fold ker lein.
-Halki ancch per tamam sides sa pak janay tak paka lein.
Option 2: Baked Omelet
-Ramekins/small oven safe bowls mein tamatar,cooked chicken,pyaz,cottage cheese cubes,hara dhania,egg mixture aur cottage cheese cubes dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 12-14 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
