Healthy Green Paratha is a dish filled with nutrients, and green leafy veggies, which make the dish delectable.HEALTHY GREEN PARANTHA (PALE BHAJI CHA PARANTHA)Ingredients 1½ cups whole wheat flour (atta) + for dusting7-8 radish leaves, chopped¼ cup spinach puree 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic-green chilli paste2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leavesSalt to taste 1½ tablespoons oil + for bastingMango pickle for servingMethod1. Mix together 1½ cups wheat flour, radish leaves, spinach puree, ginger-garlic-green-chilli paste, coriander leaves, salt and 1 tablespoon oil in a bowl. 2. Add sufficient water and knead into semi-stiff dough. Add ½ tablespoon oil and knead again.3. Heat a non-stick tawa. 4. Divide the dough into equal portion, shape into balls and slightly flatten between your palms. Coat each portion with wheat flour and roll out into semi-thick discs or paranthas. 5. Place each parantha on hot tawa and roast from both sides till golden brown, basting with some oil.6.
