Ingredients :
Paneer – 250 gms in cubes
Spinach – 3 cups
Broccoli/cauliflower – 1/4th cup
Beans – 1/4th cup
Green peas – 1/4th cup
Capsicum – ½ cup
Coriander – ½ cup
Green chilli – 1
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 3 tbsp
Onion – ½ cup
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4th tsp
Curd – 1/4t cup
Wheat flour – 1 tbsp
Fresh cream – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
