Try this Healthy Keto Friendly Cabbage Rolls Recipe and share your feedback. #HealthyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #HealthyRecipes Written Recipe: http://bit.ly/35KvJf3Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 1 large -Boiling water as required -Namak (Salt) tbs-Chicken qeema (Mince) kg-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1/4 Cup-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Garam masala powder tsp -Olive oil tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs-Olive oil 1-2 tsp Directions:-Spread cabbage leaves & set aside.-In boiling water,add salt and mix well.-Add cabbage leaves,cover & boil for 5 minutes then take out & set aside.-In bowl,add chicken mince,onion,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,salt,garam masala powder, olive oil and mix well.-Add fresh coriander and mix well.-On boiled cabbage leaves,add chicken mince,fold the sides together and roll up.-On boiling water,place steam rack and grease with olive oil,place cabbage wraps,cover & steam cook for 9-10 minutes.-In frying pan,add olive oil and fry cabbage wraps from both sides until golden brown.-Serve with chilli sauce!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 1 large -Boiling water as required -Namak (Salt) tbs-Chicken qeema (Mince) kg-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1/4 Cup-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Garam masala powder tsp -Olive oil tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs-Olive oil 1-2 tsp Directions:-Bund gobhi ka leaves alag ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Boiling water mein namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Bund gobhi dal ker dhak dein aur 5 minutes kliya boil ker lein phir nikal ker side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein chicken qeema,pyaz,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,namak,garam masala powder aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Boiled cabbage leaves per chicken qeema dal dein aur tamam sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein.-Boiling water per steam rack rakh dein aur olive oil sa grease ker ka cabbages wraps rakh dein aur dhak ker 9-10 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.-Frying pan mein olive oil dal dein aur cabbage wraps ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.-Chilli sauce ka saath serve karein!
