Ingredients:
- 12-15 sticks Kandathippili
- 3 tsp Black Pepper
- 3.75 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3.75 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1/3 cup Ajwain
- 1 inch Dried Ginger or 1.5 tsp Dried Ginger Powder
- 3-4 Cardamom
- 1/3 cup Ghee
- 150 gms Jaggery (same quantity as paste)
- Water as Required

Method:
- In a bowl, soak all the ingredients (excluding ghee and jaggery) for around 15- 20 minutes.
- Blend into a fine and smooth paste.
- In a kadhai, cook the paste till it's semi dry and well cooked. Add equal quantity of jaggery and keep stirring.
- Add ghee at intervals, mix it well and keep cooking till the mixture swirls in the pan.
- Store in an air tight container and use as medicine.
