Water - 3 cup
Salt - 1 tsp

Vendakkai masala :
Oil - 5 tbsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Tomato - 2
Water
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ladies finger - 1/4 kg
Coriander leaves
Coconut milk
