This is a super healthy, gluten-free mango kulfi recipe that does not have cream or condensed milk and is loaded with the goodness of oats and jaggery. Do make this heavenly delicious #magokulfirecipe before the mangos go out of season !Ingredients 2 Mango Puree4 tbsp Oat powder2 tbsp Nut powder2 tbsp Jaggery powder4 pc Cardamom powder2 cup MilkMethod1. Using a nonstick pan, over low heat roast the oat power and nut powder till you get a light roasted smell.2. Add the elaichi powder and pod to the oats.3. Gently whisk in the milk and jaggery powder over low to medium heat ensuring there are no lumps and the mixture starts to thicken.4. Take the mixture off the heat and whisk in the mango pulp.5. Set in kulfi molds or small bowls in the freezer for 8-12 hours .
