Stir until evenly dressed.Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.Enjoy!Pineapple Salsa2 cups pineapple, diced¼ red onion, finely diced½ jalapeno, minced1 lime, juiced fresh cilantro, choppedIn a medium mixing bowl combine pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice and cilantro.
