Healthy Microwave Popcorn - Thirty Second Thursdays by Mind Over Munch

Instructions:
Add 3 Tbsp popcorn kernels into your paper bag
Microwave for about 2 minutes and 15 seconds, or until you get 4-5 seconds between pops
Add any flavorings you'd like and shake it up to coat the popcorn (optional)
Enjoy!
