Simple breakfast recipe cooked in a microwave with out oil and butter which makes a very healthy dish.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Measure Units
Egg 3 Number
Milk 1/4 Cup
Salt To taste
Mushroom (chopped) 1 Cup
Onion (chopped 1/4 Cup
Spring onions 2 Tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 Tsp

Directions -- Method:
--------------------------
1. In a bowl, add eggs and by adding milk whisk well.
2. Add salt, mushroom, onion, spring onions, pepper powder, mix well and cook the mixture in oven for 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes once mix the scrambled egg and put back in oven for another 3 minutes.
4. Serve hot with any toast.
