Ingredients:

1 Spinach bunch (palak), chopped
2 tsp Dates (khajur), chopped
2 Masala Chillies, crushed
4 tsp Curd
2 tsp, Groundnut powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar

साहित्य:

१ पालकाची जुडी, चिरलेली
२ tssp बिया काढून चिरलेला खजूर
२ सांडग्या मिरच्या, तळून कुस्करलेल्या
४ tsp दही
२ tsp शेंगदाण्याच कुट
१ tsp मीठ
१ tsp साखर

Method:

- In a large bowl, add spinach leaves (palak), dates, chillies, groundnut powder, salt & curd.
- Mix everything well.
- Spinach / Palak Raita is ready! Enjoy it with clear soup.
