2 cup moong dal sprouts
2 tbsp oil
1 medium onion chopped
2 medium size tomato finely chopped
½ cup carrots finely chopped
¼ cup green capsicum finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
½ tsp cumin seeds jeera
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder haldi
½ tsp coriander powder dhania
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp green coriander leaves for garnishing
