Would you like to surprise your kids or your loved one with a special cookie for S.Valentine? What about a "see through" heart glass cookie? I prepared a gluten free cookie dough, very soft. I really liked the great texture that came from the almond flour, a little crumbly.My little Luca spent so much time playing with the cookies in front of the window.
