Hingel Ravioli Recipe

This recipe comes from the Sivas region in Turkey. It mainly has versions with meat and/or potato filling. You can dress it with butter like we did but you can also dress it like the traditional Turkish ravioli: with butter and yoghurt. We tried it and really liked this recipe, hope you enjoy it too!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of flour
Water as needed
Two boiled and mashed potatoes
Half a teaspoon of cumin
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of hot pepper flakes
Half a teaspoon of red pepper powder
Some salt
(FOR THE SAUCE) 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder and some salt
