Hiyashi Chuka (Easy Ramen Recipe)

HIYASHI CHUKA
Noodles:
Fresh ramen noodles (200g)

Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
cup toasted sesame seeds
cup rice vinegar
1 lemon (juiced)
1 tbsp sesame oil
cup sugar
1 tsp ginger (grated)

Toppings:
japanese cucumber (julienned)
2 eggs(cooked into a crepe and sliced into thin strips)
5 cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 slices ham (cut into thin strips)
