Ingredients in the order of instructions:
FOR THE GINGER BUG:
1 inch piece of Ginger
2 tbsp Sugar
1&1/2 cups Water
Repeat for 5 days with same quantity of Ginger and Sugar
FOR THE GINGER BEER:
2 litres Water
1&1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Jaggery
Juice of 4 Lemons
1 cup prepared Ginger Bug
