Learn how to make Bhakarwadi, a popular crispy Indian snack recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.Ingredients:250 gms All Purpose Flour2 tbsp Gram Flour3 tbsp Hot Oil3 tbsp Grated Dry Coconut1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder1 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder1 tsp Poppy Seeds1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds1 tsp Sesame Seeds1/2 tsp Garam Masala1 Cup Thin SevSalt to tasteOil for deep fryingWaterMethod:- To make the dough in a large bowl add all purpose flour, gram flour, salt and hot oil. Mix everything with a spoon.- Add water as required and make a dough. Keep this dough aside for sometime.- In a mixer grinder add dry grated coconut, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, cumin seeds powder, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, garam masala, salt and thin sev.
