Learn how to make Delicious Street Style 'Chicken Seekh Kebab' with our chef Smita Deo. Chicken Seekh Kabab is made from minced chicken & spices and it is grilled over a charcoal fire. It can also be made at home using a Griller. It goes best with mint chutney.Ingredients:(Serves 4)- 750 gms Chicken(minced)- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder- 1 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp Garlic Paste- 1 tsp Ginger Paste- 3 Green Chillies(chopped)- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder- 4-5 tbsp Gram Flour(roasted)- 1 Onion(chopped)- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves(chopped)- 1/2 Lemon Juice- Salt- 1 Egg- 1 tsp GheeMethod:1. Grind minced chicken in a mixer and take out the paste in a plate 2. Now, add in turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, garam masala powder, roasted gram flour, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt 3. Knead this all-together; Crack one egg in it and mix it well4. Now, cover the plate with a foil paper and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour5. Take a handful of the mixture and give it a cylindrical shape 5. Now, take a skewer and put it right through the bottom of the mixture, to the top6. Similarly, do the same with the remaining mixture 7. Now, place these seekh kababs over a grill pan, and add ghee over it8. Let it grill over a medium to low flame 9. After every 5-6 minutes, keep turning it over until it is cooked properly on every side 10.
