In a chopper add soaked split chickpeas and blend them well.2. Transfer them to a bowl and add onion, green coriander, green chilies, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder and mix it well.3. Make small round kofta shapes from this mixture.4. Now in a pan heat oil and shallow fry the prepared kofta until golden brown from each side. Set aside.Directions for Onion Tomato Puree Preparation:5. In a pan heat oil and add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, garlic and cook for 2-3 mins or until soft.6. Transfer this mixture into a jar and blend it well with hand blender until smooth puree has formed. Set aside.Directions for Daal Kofta Curry Preparation:7. In a pot heat oil and add prepared onion tomato puree. Cook for a minute.8. Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.9.
