Knead it only until it becomes uniform & smooth.It should not be soft. -Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for few minutes.Tip:Dont over keep the dough uncovered,dont rest it for more time,if dough rests longer poori will absorb oil.-Grease hands with oil & knead dough until smooth.-Take a small dough (80g), make a ball, add cooking oil & roll it out with the help of a rolling pin (5-6 inches poori).
