Homemade Garam Masala Video Recipe by Bhavna | Bhavna's Kitchen & Living

Ingredients
Coriander seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Jeera 2 Tablespoon
Black pepper 2 Tablespoon
Cinammon sticks 3 (2-3 long sticks)
Big elachi 10
Cloves 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Mace 2 (1-2)
Nutmeg 1
Star anise 5
Cardamom pods 10
Directions
MAKING

Dry roast the spices on low flame, for a few minutes.
Let the spices cool.
Grind in a mortar pestle or blender
SERVING

Store it in an air tight container and use to make your favorite recipes
