Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste Recipe - How to | Eat East Indian

Learn how to make Ginger Garlic paste at home which is easy to make and so much better than store bought pastes which are laden with unwanted chemicals.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Chopped Ginger
1/3 cup Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Turmeric (optional)
You can also add 1 tbsp Oil to make a smooth paste.

This paste can last in the fridge easily for 2-3 weeks. If you make larger batch, you can store small quantites in the freezer (either in small container) or in ice tray.
