Stir well.In a small bowl whisk applesauce with maple syrup.Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until they are well coated.Spread mixture in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes to help itcook evenly.Once the granola has cooled, mix in dried apple and almonds.Enjoy!Mocha Granola with Café Mocha Almonds2 cups rolled oats1-2 tsp instant espresso powder2 tsp cocoa powder¼ cup coconut oil, melted¼ cup maple syrup OR honey½ cup chocolate chips½ cup Blue Diamond Café Mocha Almonds, choppedPreheat oven to 350°F.In a large bowl combine rolled oats, espresso powder and cocoa powder. Stir well.In a small bowl whisk melted coconut oil with maple syrup.Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until they are well coated.Spread mixture in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes to help it cook evenly.Once the granola has cooled, mix in chocolate chips and almonds.Enjoy!Smoky Savory Granola with Jalapeno Smokehouse Almonds2 cups rolled oats½ tsp chipotle powder½ tsp smoked paprika½ tsp garlic powder½ tsp salt1 egg white¼ cup olive oil2 tbsp maple syrup½ cup sunflower seeds¾ cup Blue Diamond Jalapeno Smokehouse AlmondsPreheat oven to 350°F.In a large bowl combine rolled oats, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt. Stir well.In a small bowl whisk egg white, olive oil and maple syrup.Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until they are well coated.Spread mixture in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
