Home-Made Gujrati Kadhi (Gujrati Curry) By Asha Khatau | India Food Network

Ingredients
1 cup of dahi (sour curd)
2 cups of water
3 tbsp of besan (gram flour)
1 tbsp of ginger and chilli paste
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt

For tempering
1 tbsp of ghee (clarified butter)
1 tsp of mustard seeds
1 tsp of jeera (cumin seeds)
1 tsp of methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)
A pinch of hing (asafetida)
2 stick of cinnamon
3-4 cloves
3-4 rounded red chillies
Few curry leaves
White raddish sliced
Chopped coriander for garnish
