We love it, it has a very special, bitter chocolate flavor. But you can add some honey to sweeten it, if desired. It is extremely natural and nutritious, especially for children. I hope you give it a try and add various flavors to taste, based on the recipe.To stay tuned upcoming videos SUBSCRIBE here:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC199vdxLlzuiFf0onyQWhggINGREDIENTS 1/4 cup carob powder1/4 cup cocoa3 real tablespoonful butter1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup pistachios1 tsp vanilla extract (or 1 packet vanilla sugar)Orange zest1/2 tsp nescafeA pinch of saltDIRECTIONS Line a medium sized container with parchment paper, leaving a few inches of overhang and set aside.Melt the butter in a saucepan then remove from the heat.It makes about 1/3 cup melted butter. Add nescafe.Then sift the carob powder and cocoa.Sprinkle a pinch of salt and mix well.Add vanilla and freshly grated orange zest.Last but not least add raisins and pistachios, mix then taste.It has a bitter taste and we love it, but you may sweeten it by adding some honey if desired. Transfer the mixture into the prepared container and using a spoon, spread it evenly.Cover with overhanged edges of the parchment paper and flatten with your hands.It is homemade, so just do your best :)Refrigerate over night.Then remove the parchment paper.Using a knife, make some cuts, then break into the portions with your hands.Transfer into a serving plate.Or you can wrap as you wish and share with your loved ones.Keep in the fridge and eat without guilt.It has an incredible gourmet taste!READY :) Thank You For Watching!If you enjoyed the video please subscribe to my channel, leave a like and share your comments below for more recipes.
