HOMEMADE JAM
INGREDIENTS
24 oz (2 12 oz bags) of frozen blueberries (or any fruit!), thawed
1 Tbsp lemon juice

PROCEDURE
1. Mix all ingredients in a pot over medium heat on the stove. Stir often, for around 30--45 minutes. It will thicken over time.
2. About 10 minutes into it, once the fruit has softened and begun to reduce, mash with potato masher or fork. Allow to continue to cook.
3. Once thick, remove from heat and allow to cool before transferring to jar. You know it's done when you remove some of the jam and transfer to a plate, and once cool it gels as desired.
4. Enjoy!

This recipe yields about 16 (1Tbsp) servings (about 1 cup of jam total).
