Kaju Katli or Cashew Barfi is a popular Indian sweet recipe made from Cashew powder and sugar syrup.Ingredients:1/4th Cup Water1/2 Cup Sugar1 Cup Cashew PowderOrange Food ColorGreen Food ColorEdible Silver FoilMethod:- To make the sugar syrup, in a sauce pan add sugar and water. Let the sugar and water boil. When it comes to a "one thread consistency" switch off the flame.- Add the cashew powder. Mix everything well.- Spread the mixture on all sides of the pan and let it cool down completely.- Divide the mixture in three parts. Keep one part aside.- Add orange color to second part and mix well. Roll out a medium size flat roti.
