INGREDIENTS

For making malai kulfi
750 ml toned milk
½ cup khandsari sugar
½ cup or 5 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp cardamom powder
¼ cup dry fruit mixture
For making vermicelli custard
½ cup 50 gm vermicelli
1 cup milk
½ tbsp custard powder
1 tbsp khandsari sugar
For final assembling
Custard vermicelli
Malai kulfi
Rose syrup as required
Dry fruits
