Homemade Lahmacun Recipe Turkish Pizza

Auntie Saniye is sharing the recipe for one of the most famous gems of Turkish street food: Lahmacun. We are sure you will love this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
300g of flour
1 dessertspoon of dry yeast
As much lukewarm water as needed
Other ingredients:
150g of minced lamb, not with too much fat
80ml of lukewarm water
30g of chopped parsley
3 grated tomatoes, drained of water (Auntie is using the ones she canned in summer, but you can use store-bought ones too)
2 grated onions, grated and drained of water
1 tablespoon of butter
3 chopped cloves of garlic
Some salt
Half a teaspoon of oregano
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 dessertspoon of hot pepper flakes (You can use sweet paprika powder if you don't prefer to use hot spices.)
