Homemade Lemon Cake Recipe

How to make the lemon cake at home
Ingredients
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 glass of Milk
1 lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 package of vanilla 5 g
1 package of baking powder 10 g


I break 4 eggs in a large bowl.
I add sugar to the eggs and whisk well.
I'm adding vegetable oil and milk now.
whisk well again.

I also add lemon juice.
I'm starting to add flour little by little.
I added half of it first, and I also add baking powder and vanilla.
I also add the grated lemon peels and mix

I buttered the cake mold.
I pour the cake batter into the mold.
I will bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it turns brown,
about 45 minutes.
