Home-Made Masala Puri (Sindhi Kachori) By Veena | India Food Network

Masala Puris are a Sindhi delicacy which can be had at breakfast or as an accompaniment with a meal. Learn how to make them in this video.

Ingredients:

• 2 bowls wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp ground pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin) powder
• Oil
• 1 cup water

Method of preparation
Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredient and knead it well to form a dough by adding water.
Divide the dough into small or medium pieces
Heat oil in a pan, deep fry these pooris
Serve it hot with any sabzi
