Home-Made Mini Moong Kachori By Veena | India Food Network

There is not a shred of doubt in the fact that kachoris happen to be one of India's most loved snacks. Adding a slight twist to your regular kachoris,Veena presents an innovative recipe-the mini moong dal kachori. So, stay tuned!

Ingredients:
1 bowl moong dal (green gram), soaked for an hour or two in 3 cups of water
1- 1/2 piece of ginger
½ tsp ajwain seeds or carom seeds
¼ tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
¼ tsp shah jeera or black cumin seeds
2 green chillies
1 pinch soda bicarb
Oil
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
